This Crashcube is a flat-pack CrashCount Factory paper object made from collision 4814764: Union Street at 5 Avenue, Brooklyn, May 21, 2025, 9:30 PM ET. The record says an SUV driver making a left turn failed to yield and hit a 52-year-old woman on a bike. She was thrown and hurt her leg on a wet Brooklyn night.

Inside the sleeve are six illustrated modules, instructions, and a hidden five-part poem. Fold them together and the record becomes a 3-inch cube: image outside, poem inside, evidence held in the hand.

The cube faces are loose ink-and-watercolor crash studies: rain-gray wash, streetlight yellows, blue-black vehicle mass, bicycle-line fragments, and sharp signal red marks that make the left turn feel suspended in the paper.
